Endora Commerce vs other B2B platforms: comparing 12 e-commerce systems

Picking a B2B sales platform usually comes down to comparing two or three options someone mentioned at an industry conference. In reality, the differences between vendors go far beyond price: the billing model, how deep the B2B features actually go, and whether the code and data stay with you or with the vendor.

We built 12 detailed comparisons of Endora Commerce against the platforms that most often end up on our clients’ shortlists, Polish SaaS tools built for B2B and global e-commerce engines. Every comparison follows the same structure: pricing model, break-even point over time, depth of B2B features, and a recommendation for who each platform actually fits. This article is the short version of each one, with a link to the full read.

Polish SaaS platforms for B2B sales

This group bills by subscription, is hosted by the vendor, and usually ships with ready-made integrations for Polish ERP systems.

CStore B2B

CStore runs as a SaaS with 26+ pre-built ERP connectors, an OMS module, and a field sales app. It wins whenever your ERP is already on its connector list and your sales process fits a standard configuration. Endora Commerce only catches up on cost after 2-3 years, but goes deeper on RFQ workflows and organizational hierarchies.

AtomStore

AtomStore is another Polish B2B SaaS, strong on marketplace integration (Allegro, eBay) and field sales support, with an SLA guaranteed by the vendor. Its subscription cost grows with your company’s scale, while Endora Commerce carries a fixed cost regardless of revenue. The choice comes down to one question: do you want infrastructure outsourced, or code and data kept in-house.

B2B One

B2B One pairs a storefront with a transactional CRM, route planning for sales reps, and a loyalty program, plus 30+ pre-built ERP integrations. It’s a strong pick when you need CRM built into the platform rather than a separate tool. Endora Commerce fits better once your processes go beyond a standard CRM setup and you need your own API.

Comarch e-Sklep

Comarch e-Sklep is the natural choice for companies already running Comarch ERP, since data flows from a single source without an extra integration layer. The friction shows up once you need price negotiation, multi-level customer structures, or plan to switch ERP systems down the line. Endora Commerce stays independent of any single ERP, which matters over a multi-year horizon.

IdoSell

IdoSell is a mature SaaS with built-in WMS, Allegro integration, and phone support, but it treats B2B as an add-on module rather than the foundation. Its billing grows with order volume, which matters once you’re running a high transaction count over several years. Endora Commerce treats B2B as the core: negotiated pricing, customer hierarchies, and approval workflows come standard, not as an add-on.

SolEx B2B

SolEx is a hosted order portal that mirrors data directly from a Polish ERP (Subiekt GT, Comarch) and adds a WMS module. It works well when your entire catalog and pricing already live in the ERP and customers buy at fixed prices without negotiation. Endora Commerce makes sense once you need content marketing, price negotiation, or multiple sales channels beyond the ERP itself.

International e-commerce platforms: open source and SaaS

This group covers systems known from the B2C world that add B2B as an extension, plus frameworks that require your own development team.

Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce)

Magento is a mature, B2C-oriented platform where B2B features are bolted on, usually in a six-figure project plus Adobe’s licensing fee. In exchange you get a wide integration marketplace and proven support for large product catalogs. Endora Commerce has B2B built in from day one, with no licensing fees and native integrations for Polish ERP systems (Comarch, Subiekt GT) and KSeF invoicing.

PrestaShop

PrestaShop 9 is a mature, open source PHP platform with 15,000+ active shops in Poland, where B2B is switched on as an additional mode for a retail store. It carries no licensing fees, but costs show up in modules and major version migrations. Endora Commerce starts with B2B as the foundation: RFQ, organizational hierarchies, and purchase limits are part of the core, not a purchased module.

Shopify

Shopify is a monthly SaaS with the best storefront performance on the market and 18,000+ integrations in its App Store. Its B2B modules exist, but they’re built around fixed price lists, not negotiation. With negotiated pricing, complex order approvals, and ERP integration in play, Endora Commerce’s one-time cost typically pays off within three years.

Shopware 6

Shopware 6 stands out with no-code automation (Flow Builder) and a network of 1,200+ certified agencies, particularly strong in German-speaking markets, but its B2B features sit behind the most expensive licensing tier. Endora Commerce carries no licensing fees and natively integrates the Polish stack (KSeF, Comarch, Subiekt, PayU), which matters when your budget is a single one-time implementation.

Sylius

Sylius is a Symfony-based framework, a solid foundation for a team that wants to build B2B from scratch and has requirements that don’t fit off-the-shelf features. It requires Symfony developers and a separate budget for B2B modules (including Sylius Plus). Endora Commerce ships 60+ B2B modules out of the box, at the cost of less customization freedom than an open framework.

WooCommerce

WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin with a low entry threshold, a free core, and a launch measured in days. It works well for straightforward wholesale scenarios, but personalized pricing and large catalogs run into its full-page cache. Endora Commerce handles hundreds of thousands of SKUs, multi-level customer structures, and negotiated pricing out of the box, without those performance limits.

Which B2B platform fits your business?

Before you open any of the full comparisons above, a few questions that narrow things down fast:

  • Is your ERP already on a SaaS vendor’s connector list? Check CStore, B2B One, Comarch e-Sklep, or SolEx, the integration is already built.
  • Do you sell at fixed prices, with no negotiation? IdoSell, Shopify, and WooCommerce handle that without extra configuration.
  • Do you negotiate prices, run customer hierarchies, or need custom approval workflows? That’s the scenario where Endora Commerce performs best regardless of the comparison point.
  • Do you have a Symfony team and budget to build from scratch? Sylius gives you full control, at the cost of implementation time.
  • Are you planning for a multi-year horizon and want to avoid rising license fees? A one-time implementation (Endora Commerce, but also Sylius or PrestaShop) usually wins after 2-3 years.

None of these platforms is universally “better.” Each one wins in a different scenario, which is why every comparison ends with a specific recommendation instead of a general ranking.

Endora specializes in B2B e-commerce implementations, on platforms like Magento, Shopware, and Sylius, as well as on our own platform, Endora Commerce.
