Each of the six industries we design Endora Commerce for has a different centre of gravity. In manufacturing it is the contract price and the lead time, in MRO availability in a specific warehouse, and in technical distribution search by parameters.

How do we match the rollout scope to the industry?
- Pricing: whether group pricelists, individual contracts or negotiation in quote requests dominate.
- Catalog: how many items, how many technical parameters, and whether buyers compare datasheets.
- Logistics: one warehouse or several regional ones, selling by the pallet or by the unit.
- Back-office systems: which ERP and PIM already run in the company and what stays the source of truth.
We ask these questions in the Discovery workshop, because the answers decide which modules go into the first stage.
