InsERT — sales and invoicing

Subiekt GT

Subiekt GT is one of Poland's most widely used trade and inventory management systems, developed by InsERT. Designed for small and medium-sized businesses, it covers sales operations, invoicing, warehouse management, and contractor records. Integrating Subiekt GT with an e-commerce platform enables automatic order handoff, stock updates, and price list synchronisation — with no manual data re-entry.

Subiekt GT

Why Subiekt GT

Strengths of Subiekt GT

Simplicity and fast deployment

Subiekt GT is known for its intuitive interface and short implementation time. Most businesses are up and running within a few days, with no need for a large IT team.

Wide market adoption

Subiekt GT is one of the most extensively used systems in Poland, meaning there is a large pool of accountants, specialists, and implementation firms familiar with the product.

Full Polish document compliance

The system handles all standard trade documents: VAT invoices, receipts, delivery notes (WZ), goods receipt notes (PZ), inter-warehouse moves (MM), corrections, and warehouse documents. Regularly updated for tax law and KSeF requirements.

InsERT ecosystem integration

Subiekt GT works seamlessly with other InsERT products: Rachmistrz GT (accounting), Rewizor GT (payroll and HR), and Gestor GT (CRM), forming a complete environment for small businesses.

Sfera API

InsERT provides the Sfera programming interface, enabling integration of Subiekt GT with external applications including e-commerce platforms. Endora uses Sfera to build reliable integrations.

A good fit when

  • Subiekt GT excels for small and medium-sized trading businesses with a straightforward sales structure.
  • Comarch XL offers far more features for manufacturing and complex logistics, but at a higher cost and longer implementation time.
  • enova365 is more flexible and scalable for businesses planning rapid growth or more complex processes.
  • Symfonia ERP is a comparable alternative, often chosen by businesses more focused on accounting than sales operations.

Consider an alternative when

  • Limited scalability – Subiekt GT is designed for small and medium-sized companies. Fast-growing businesses or those with highly complex processes may quickly encounter system limitations.
  • No advanced ERP features – The system does not include production modules, advanced MRP, or robust BI analytics. Companies needing these features will require a full ERP system.
  • Sfera API dependency – E-commerce integration is built through the Sfera API, which requires proper environment configuration. Some older versions may have limitations in available API methods.
  • High concurrency – With many simultaneous users or very large data volumes, the system may require server environment optimisation.

What we do with Subiekt GT

Full platform lifecycle

Subiekt GT – e-commerce integration

We connect Subiekt GT with an online store or B2B platform — synchronising products, stock levels, prices, contractors, and orders via the Sfera API.

Order flow automation

Orders from the storefront are automatically pushed into Subiekt GT as sales documents or delivery notes — no manual data entry required.

Stock and price synchronisation

Inventory levels and price lists update in the store immediately after each change in Subiekt GT — customers always see accurate information.

Returns and credit note handling

We integrate the returns and document correction process between the storefront and Subiekt GT, ensuring data consistency on both sides.

Migration to more advanced systems

When a business outgrows Subiekt GT, we help plan and execute a migration to a more capable ERP while maintaining storefront continuity.

Integration maintenance and monitoring

We ensure continuous integration uptime with monitoring and rapid incident response under an SLA.

E-commerce integration via Sfera API

InsERT provides the Sfera programming interface for Subiekt GT (COM/ActiveX and .NET versions), allowing external applications to create, edit, and retrieve trade and warehouse documents. Endora uses Sfera to build integrations that automatically:

  • push orders from the storefront to Subiekt GT as invoices or delivery notes,
  • update stock levels in the store after every change in the system,
  • synchronise price lists and discounts for registered B2B contractors,
  • retrieve order fulfilment statuses and update them in the storefront.

For businesses that have migrated or plan to migrate to Subiekt nexo (Subiekt GT’s successor), we also offer integration with the new version, which provides a more modern REST API.

Subiekt GT vs. other systems

vs. Comarch XL: Comarch XL is a solution for considerably larger businesses with advanced processes. Subiekt GT is simpler, more affordable, and faster to implement — ideal for SMBs without complex logistics.

vs. enova365: enova365 offers more extensive capabilities and scales better as a business grows. Subiekt GT wins on simplicity and lower licence costs.

vs. Symfonia ERP: Both systems target a similar market segment. Subiekt GT is more sales-oriented, Symfonia is more focused on accounting and finance.

Typical integration scenarios

We most commonly integrate Subiekt GT with WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Shoper — typical choices for smaller online stores. We also deliver B2B platform integrations for wholesale businesses, where Subiekt GT handles sales documents and the B2B storefront serves as the ordering channel for regular contractors.

Not sure if Subiekt GT is the right choice?

We will advise honestly - even if another stack is a better fit.
