Endora Commerce
Endora Commerce is an open source B2B e‑commerce platform developed by Endora's core team. It has more than 70 modules, a built-in CRM and an AI assistant, and we deploy it on your server or in the cloud on a monthly subscription. You configure prices, order statuses and warehouses in the admin panel, without waiting for a change from your software vendor. We prepare a working prototype for your industry in 4 weeks.
Why Endora Commerce
Strengths of Endora Commerce
B2B pricing engine
Customer group price lists, individual contracts and volume tiers (e.g. different prices from 1, 10 and 50 units), a spreadsheet-style editor with CSV import and export. A price explanation view shows which price list won.
Requests for quotation (RFQ)
The buyer builds a quote request, the sales rep negotiates or accepts it, and an accepted request turns into an order, without email and spreadsheets.
Multi-warehouse and sales channels
Warehouses assigned to channels, low-stock thresholds per product and channel, stock deduction strategies. Storefront, marketplaces, distributor platforms, apps and POS with separate stock, content and prices.
Built-in CRM
An opportunity board, custom statuses, linked orders and quote requests, tasks, projects and analytics. The CRM, Tasks and Projects modules are free under the MIT license.
AI assistant
Natural-language commands in Polish and English. The assistant shows a plan of changes and runs it after you confirm, and every action is logged in an audit trail.
Configuration over code
Custom order statuses and allowed transitions with business logic (e.g. writing to the ERP), a visual page editor. You change the process in the admin panel, not in another development project.
A good fit when
- Wholesale and trade, industrial and technical distribution, manufacturing, building materials, MRO and spare parts, automotive parts.
- Companies with prices negotiated per customer, a large catalog and logistics across several warehouses.
- Sales teams that want orders, quote requests and opportunities in one system.
- Companies that want to start with a working prototype and only then decide on a full rollout.
Consider an alternative when
- A B2C store with a simple catalog and price list: a lighter platform such as WooCommerce or Shopware is enough and cheaper to start with.
- You want an enterprise-class solution in a cloud model: Magento (Adobe Commerce) offers one, although it is expensive.
- A company that wants to develop the platform only with its own team in a technology it already knows: it is better to stay on the current platform and invest in integrations.
What we do with Endora Commerce
Full platform lifecycle
Prototype in 4 weeks
Week 1: workshop, needs map and MVP scope. Weeks 2–4: implementation with Spec-Driven Development. After 4 weeks, a working prototype and a decision on the full rollout.
Deployment on your server
Installation on your infrastructure, configuration of price lists, warehouses and statuses around your sales process.
Endora Commerce Cloud
A ready instance hosted by us on a monthly subscription.
Integrations
ERP, PIM, WMS, payments, shipping, e‑invoices and AI models connected through an API and an event model.
Development and maintenance
New modules and process changes, platform updates and user support.
How we start
The first week is a workshop: we map your sales process, price lists and warehouses and agree on the MVP scope. Over the next three weeks we implement the platform with Spec-Driven Development, and at the end you get a working prototype for your industry. Only then do you decide whether to go for a full rollout.
Open source and your control
Endora Commerce is developed as open source: the code is public on GitHub and the documentation is at docs.commerce.endora.software. You can run the platform on your own server or in our cloud. New versions ship regularly and we describe the changes on the product blog.
