ERP — finance, sales, warehousing

Symfonia ERP

Symfonia ERP is a comprehensive business management system designed for small and medium-sized companies. It covers financial and accounting modules, sales, warehousing, and HR and payroll, creating an integrated environment for managing all core business processes. Integrating Symfonia ERP with an e-commerce platform enables automated data exchange between the system and the storefront, eliminating manual work and the risk of errors.

Symfonia

Why Symfonia

Strengths of Symfonia

Comprehensive module coverage

Symfonia ERP combines finance, accounting, sales, warehousing, and HR and payroll in a single environment. Businesses manage all processes without the need for multiple separate systems.

Polish legal compliance

The system is continuously updated to reflect Polish tax regulations, JPK reporting, e-invoicing, and KSeF requirements. The vendor provides regular legal updates as part of the subscription.

Clean and accessible interface

Symfonia ERP offers an intuitive interface that allows staff to get up to speed quickly. A short learning curve translates to lower training costs and faster onboarding.

Openness to integration

The system provides API access and data import/export mechanisms that support integration with e-commerce platforms, EDI systems, payment gateways, and other business tools.

Vendor support network

Symfonia provides access to technical support, documentation, and training. An extensive network of implementation partners across Poland ensures local assistance.

A good fit when

  • Symfonia ERP suits businesses that need a complete system covering both finance and sales in a single package.
  • Comarch XL surpasses Symfonia in manufacturing functions and handling complex logistics operations.
  • enova365 offers more advanced configuration capabilities and is often better for companies with non-standard processes.
  • Subiekt GT is a simpler and more affordable option if a business mainly needs sales and invoicing management.

Consider an alternative when

  • Limited manufacturing features – Symfonia ERP is not designed for manufacturing businesses with advanced MRP and production planning requirements.
  • Scalability ceiling – As a business grows rapidly and transaction volumes increase significantly, migration to a more capable ERP system may be required.
  • Subscription dependency – Access to legal updates and technical support requires an ongoing service subscription, representing a recurring operational cost.
  • E-commerce integration complexity – Although the system provides API access, integration with advanced B2B platforms may require a dedicated middleware layer and an experienced integrator.

What we do with Symfonia

Full platform lifecycle

Symfonia ERP – e-commerce integration

We design and implement integration between Symfonia ERP and B2B and B2C platforms — synchronising products, prices, stock levels, and orders.

Sales document automation

Orders from the storefront automatically create sales documents in Symfonia — invoices, delivery notes, receipts — with no manual intervention.

Financial data synchronisation

We integrate financial data from online sales with Symfonia's accounting module, eliminating the need for double-entry bookkeeping.

B2B individual price list handling

We pass individual price lists and trade conditions defined in Symfonia for specific contractors directly to the B2B e-commerce platform.

Integration maintenance and monitoring

We ensure continuous integration uptime, monitoring, and rapid incident response under an SLA.

Consulting and audit

We assess existing integrations and data exchange processes, identifying areas for optimisation.

Integrating Symfonia ERP with e-commerce

Symfonia ERP provides API access alongside data import and export capabilities in XML, CSV, and EDI formats, which form the basis for e-commerce integration. Endora designs and delivers integrations covering:

  • Product synchronisation — product cards, images, descriptions, units of measure, and attributes transferred from Symfonia to the storefront,
  • Inventory levels — stock availability updated in the store in real time after every transaction in Symfonia,
  • Price lists and discounts — individual trade conditions for B2B contractors visible directly in the customer’s portal,
  • Order flow — orders from the storefront are pushed into Symfonia as sales documents or inventory reservations,
  • Fulfilment statuses — shipping information and tracking numbers flow between the storefront and Symfonia in both directions.

Symfonia ERP vs. other systems

vs. Comarch XL: Comarch XL is a solution for larger businesses with advanced manufacturing and logistics. Symfonia ERP is more affordable and better suited to smaller organisations.

vs. enova365: Both systems target the SMB segment. enova365 stands out for its configuration flexibility and more modern architecture; Symfonia has a long market track record and a wide partner network.

vs. Subiekt GT: Symfonia ERP offers a broader range of financial and accounting features. Subiekt GT is simpler and faster to implement when a business primarily needs sales and invoicing management.

Common integration scenarios

In e-commerce projects, Symfonia ERP most commonly serves as the central repository for product and financial data, while the e-commerce platform handles the sales channel. A key element of integration is sales document mapping and VAT rate handling — an area where Endora has extensive hands-on experience.
