ERP — flexibility and modern API

enova365

enova365 is a modern, modular ERP system developed by Polish software company Soneta, serving small, medium, and large enterprises. The system stands out for its flexible architecture, comprehensive REST API, and broad functional scope covering finance, HR and payroll, sales, warehousing, and CRM. Thanks to its modern interface and openness to integration, enova365 is increasingly chosen by businesses building advanced B2B e-commerce ecosystems.

Why enova365

Strengths of enova365

Modern REST API

enova365 provides a comprehensive REST API that enables integration with e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and external systems. The API is well documented and actively maintained by the vendor.

Flexible configuration

The system is exceptionally configurable — forms, processes, documents, and reports can be tailored to the business's specifics without modifying source code. This shortens implementation time and lowers maintenance costs.

Cloud and on-premise deployment

enova365 is available as both a SaaS (cloud) and on-premise solution. Businesses can choose the model that fits their security requirements and infrastructure.

Advanced B2B sales support

The system offers extensive B2B features: individual price lists, discounts, credit limits, multi-warehouse and multi-branch support, and advanced contractor management.

Polish regulations and KSeF

enova365 is regularly updated to reflect Polish tax law. The vendor actively prepares the system for KSeF, JPK, and other local regulatory requirements.

A good fit when

  • enova365 performs particularly well for trading and service companies that need flexible configuration of business processes.
  • Comarch XL surpasses enova365 in advanced manufacturing features and MRP functionality for large production plants.
  • enova365 offers a more modern API and better e-commerce integration capabilities than older ERP systems.
  • Subiekt GT is cheaper and simpler, but enova365 scales significantly better as a business grows and processes become more complex.

Consider an alternative when

  • Implementation cost – A full enova365 deployment with e-commerce integration requires a certified partner and can represent a significant investment for smaller businesses.
  • Configuration complexity – The system's flexibility is an advantage, but it also means optimal configuration requires an experienced implementer familiar with the specific industry.
  • Partner dependency – Advanced customisations and integrations require collaboration with a Soneta-certified partner, which can extend response times for changes.
  • Data migration – Moving data from a previous system to enova365 requires careful planning and can be time-consuming with large volumes of historical data.

What we do with enova365

Full platform lifecycle

enova365 – e-commerce integration

We build integration between enova365 and B2B and B2C platforms via REST API — real-time synchronisation of products, stock, prices, contractors, and orders.

Integration architecture design

We design the data exchange architecture between enova365 and the storefront, accounting for transaction volumes, timing requirements, and failure scenarios.

B2B individual price list handling

We integrate enova365's contractor price list mechanism with the B2B storefront — each logged-in buyer sees their individual prices and discounts.

Document automation

Orders from the storefront automatically generate documents in enova365 — invoices, delivery notes, reservations — with no manual re-entry.

Cloud or on-premise deployment

We advise on and support enova365 deployment in the model that best fits the client's infrastructure, together with e-commerce integration.

Maintenance and monitoring

We ensure continuous integration uptime with monitoring, alerts, and rapid incident response.

E-commerce integration via REST API

enova365 stands out among Polish ERP systems for its comprehensive, well-documented REST API. Endora uses this API to build e-commerce integrations that cover:

  • Product catalogue synchronisation — goods from enova365 appear automatically in the storefront with full data: name, description, attributes, units of measure, and EAN codes,
  • Real-time inventory levels — every stock change in enova365 (sale, receipt, correction) immediately updates availability in the storefront,
  • Individual B2B price lists — a logged-in contractor sees in the storefront the prices and discounts assigned to their account in enova365,
  • Bidirectional order flow — orders from the storefront are pushed into enova365 as sales documents or reservations, and fulfilment statuses are returned to the storefront,
  • Contractor data — synchronisation of contractor records, credit limits, and transaction history between the systems.

enova365 vs. other ERP systems

vs. Comarch XL: enova365 is often more flexible in configuration and better documents its API. Comarch XL leads in advanced manufacturing and high-volume trade operations.

vs. Symfonia ERP: Both systems target the SMB segment. enova365 has a more modern architecture and REST API, which simplifies integration. Symfonia has a long track record and a broad partner network.

vs. Subiekt GT: Subiekt GT is considerably simpler and more affordable, but enova365 offers the full ERP feature set and scales far better as the organisation grows.

enova365 in B2B e-commerce projects

In B2B e-commerce projects, enova365 often serves as the central data management system — defining trade conditions, price lists, and product assortment structure that then flow into the B2B purchasing platform. Endora delivers such integrations with Magento, Sylius, and headless commerce solutions, focusing on reliability and performance of data exchange.
