e-Commerce Polska Awards 2026: analysis of results and winners
The e-Commerce Polska Awards 2026 winners through a B2B practitioner's eyes: Apilo, Grodno, DOZ.pl, deferred payments, and why B2B is still underrated.
Listen to the episode
All episodesThe second news edition of Manufaktura e-commerce. Michał Zabielski goes through the results of the e-Commerce Polska Awards 2026 gala and assesses the winners from the perspective of someone who builds B2B platforms day to day.
Overall winner: Apilo
The top award went to Apilo, which Zabielski sees as a direct competitor to Baselinker. In his view, Apilo gained ground with flexible pricing plans just as Baselinker changed its pricing.
Winners in the B2B categories
- Grodno, best B2B e-commerce for mid-sized and large companies. Zabielski credits its well-organised product data and AI shopping assistant, citing revenue growth of over 23% in the first quarter.
- Koceo, best B2B for small companies. Here the host admits he couldn’t find clear B2B-specific features on the site.
- Płoty Ogrodowe, a manufacturer selling directly through WooCommerce, which Zabielski considers a strong move towards a D2C model.
- AtomStore, the B2B technology award. The host has doubts, since in his opinion other B2B platforms are stronger in this category.
B2C, omnichannel and customer experience
Eveline Cosmetics (Shopify) is, according to Zabielski, a solid, clean B2C store. He singles out DOZ.pl for connecting its pharmacy network and online store into a consistent omnichannel experience, and Filia Story for syncing reading position across e-book, audiobook and print. He is critical of Decathlon’s online shopping experience, based on his own problems with stock levels and broken pages.
Payments
In the payments category, PragmaGO and PayU won with deferred payments for B2B, and BLIK took B2C. It ties in neatly with the BNPL thread from the previous news edition.
B2C is saturating, B2B is waiting
Zabielski closes the episode by observing that B2C is approaching saturation while B2B remains largely untapped, and invites listeners to discuss the results.
